Lucky Jump: Leprechaun · Delete your account and data

From the game (immediate)

1. Open Lucky Jump: Leprechaun and tap the Settings (gear) button.
2. In Account, tap Delete account (or Delete my data if you play as a guest).
3. Confirm with Delete. If you signed in with Apple or Google, you may be asked to sign in again to confirm it's you.

By email (if you no longer have the game)

Write to greatitdev.cl@gmail.com with the subject "Lucky Jump - Delete my account", and tell us your leaderboard name and, if you signed in, whether you used Apple or Google. We delete it within 30 days and reply when it's done.

What is deleted

• Your account (anonymous, or linked to Apple / Google).
• Your cloud save: progress, coins, clovers, skins, achievements and missions.
• Your player profile and your Global, Weekly and Daily leaderboard entries and name.
• The progress stored on your phone (when you delete from the game).

What is kept

• Purchases belong to your Apple or Google account, not to the game: you can restore them from the coin shop (Restore purchases).
• Anonymous gameplay statistics and crash reports, which are not linked to you, are deleted automatically by Firebase after a limited time.

Desde el juego (inmediato)

1. Abre Lucky Jump: Leprechaun y toca el botón de Ajustes (engranaje).
2. En Account, toca Delete account (o Delete my data si juegas como invitado).
3. Confirma con Delete. Si iniciaste sesión con Apple o Google, puede que te pida iniciar sesión otra vez para confirmar que eres tú.

Por email (si ya no tienes el juego)

Escribe a greatitdev.cl@gmail.com con el asunto "Lucky Jump - Borrar mi cuenta", e indícanos tu nombre en el ranking y, si iniciaste sesión, si usaste Apple o Google. La borramos en un plazo de 30 días y te respondemos cuando esté hecho.

Qué se borra

• Tu cuenta (anónima, o vinculada a Apple / Google).
• Tu guardado en la nube: progreso, monedas, tréboles, skins, logros y misiones.
• Tu perfil de jugador y tus puntajes y nombre en los rankings Global, Semanal y Diario.
• El progreso guardado en tu teléfono (al borrar desde el juego).

Qué se conserva

• Las compras pertenecen a tu cuenta de Apple o Google, no al juego: puedes restaurarlas desde la tienda de monedas (Restore purchases).
• Las estadísticas anónimas y los reportes de errores, que no están vinculados a ti, los elimina Firebase automáticamente después de un tiempo limitado.
